Barn Owls Portable Buildings, LLC will cover all defects (normal aging & wear excluded) with regards to materials and craftsmanship at no cost to you for the first 7 years. All of our treated or primed materials have a life-time warranty against termite damage and fungal decay.


Please note that used buildings are sold "as-is" and the warranty will remain to cover everything listed above with the exception that the 7-year term start from the day the building was built.

Delivery & Setup

  • FREE Delivery & Setup* for locations within a 50 mile radius.

  • Any location over 50 miles will be charged $4 per additional mile.

  • The delivery driver requests 2' of space on each side of building to accurately place it.

  • If you building is deemed undeliverable due to insufficient space, obstacles that the hauler cannot get around, etc... you may be charged for additional trips.

  • Pressure treated wooden blocks are provide for leveling FREE of charge.

  • Concrete blocks may be used and can be purchased from driver during delivery.

  • Delivery typically takes 10 business days for On-the-Lot purchases and 4-6 weeks for Build-New. (Weather and Ground Conditions Permitting)

  • Barn Owls Portable Buildings, LLC and their affiliates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, obstacle removal, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact you local building inspector or home owner's association for more information.

Unloading a Building

This is an example of one of our haulers making a delivery. He begins by pulling up on the main road, in front of your driveway. Next, the building is unstrapped and unloaded from the trailer. Once the skid ends are touching down the driver will drive the truck out from underneath.

Moving a Building

The Mule is a very helpful tool that is similar to a condensed forklift. Once the driver has the Mule unloaded he will use it to add dolly wheels to one end of the building and then pick up the other in order to drive the building where it is to be placed.
